Yes, players will need to bring their own golf clubs as we do not offer rentals. We kindly ask that you do not use your own golf balls, since we do provide golf balls for you to use during your booking.

Typically, it takes about 1 hour per person to play 18 holes. For example, a group of two should book a 2-hour session.
Yes! Our simulators cater to all skill levels. Our facility uses Trackman is user-friendly and offers helpful feedback for all skill levels. Whether you're learning the basics or fine-tuning your swing, the real-time data and visualizations make it easy to understand your performance and improve your game.
Golfers of all ages are welcome! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Our simulators are powered by Trackman technology, offering realistic gameplay and advanced analytics.
We encourage players to bring clean indoor shoes (sneakers or golf shoes) to help us maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Depending on the amount of bookings, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.

By entering Glizzy’s Indoor Golf, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules and conditions listed below.

Safety & Equipment Use

Always use your assigned bay and remain within it during play.
Check surroundings before swinging — only one person is permitted in the hitting area at a time.
No practice swings outside the hitting mat area.
Use only facility-approved balls and tees.
Ask our staff if you need help adjusting simulator settings or choosing a course.
Report any equipment malfunction or damage immediately.
Any golfer found purposely or negligently damaging facility property (e.g., walls, screens, fixtures, or monitors) will be held financially responsible and may face permanent bans.
No smoking, vaping, or substance use (including tobacco, cannabis, or vapor products) anywhere in the facility. Violations result in immediate removal.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
By booking, guests consent to the collection of swing data and analytics used for performance tracking. Personal data will not be shared or sold and is used solely for internal analytics and customer service.

Session Management

Your session begins at the scheduled start time, not at arrival time.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid full charges.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Overtime will incur additional charges, subject to bay availability.
We reserve the right to reassign players or groups to a different bay at any time to ensure efficient scheduling, accommodate guest needs, or perform necessary maintenance. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption.

Conduct & Behaviour

Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears or behaves intoxicated.
Please keep noise, profanity, and commotion to a minimum to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Be respectful toward staff and fellow golfers — unsportsmanlike or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
No outside food or beverages are allowed unless previously approved for dietary reasons.
All bookings, whether made online, in person, or by Glizzy’s staff on behalf of a guest, constitute acceptance of all facility rules, conditions, and the release of liability associated with simulator use.

Bookings, Pricing & Liability

Rates are charged per booked hour, regardless of whether all group members play.
A maximum of 4 players per bay.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Glizzy’s Indoor Golf reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for price changes, service adjustments, or temporary suspensions.
The booking holder is responsible for any damage or additional costs incurred during their reservation.
Glizzy’s Indoor Golf assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property, including golf clubs, bags, or equipment, whether occurring on or off the simulator bays. Guests accept full responsibility for their belongings while on the premises.
The facility is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe behavior or failure to follow these rules.
Your booking includes setup and cleanup time — please end your session promptly so the next group can begin on schedule.
No outside coaching or instruction is permitted unless pre-approved.

Cancellation Policies

Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the start time may be refunded in full.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, but a credit will be applied to the customer’s account for future bookings.
Credits do not expire and can be used toward any simulator session.
Late Arrivals: Your session begins at the scheduled time, not arrival time. No refunds, partial credits, or time extensions will be issued for late arrivals.
No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without notice) will be charged in full and are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Facility is monitored by CCTV 24/7 for safety and security.
